Dr. Tony Reichley is a dedicated and experienced Family Medicine Physician who has been caring for patients in Zanesville, Ohio, and the surrounding communities since 1995. He currently practices at the Medical Home Primary Care Center in Zanesville, where he provides comprehensive, patient-focused care to individuals and families across all stages of life.

Dr. Reichley completed his undergraduate studies at Muskingum College, earned his medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, and completed his residency at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio. Throughout his career, he has focused on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and fostering strong relationships with his patients with humor and empathy, treating patients as he would like his family to be treated.

In addition to his longstanding practice in Ohio, Dr. Reichley has provided locum tenens medical care in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Alaska, serving rural, often remote, and underserved communities, including within the Veterans Affairs community clinics system and providing home care visits. Outside of medicine, Dr. Reichley enjoys a variety of hobbies, including music trivia, gardening, "wannabe farming," and tackling home improvement projects—with varying degrees of success. His love of these hands-on, creative activities mirrors the thoughtful and practical approach he brings to his medical practice.
